Can a bladder infection give you a positive pregnancy test?

I took a pregnancy test and it was positive. I’m just worried that it’s a bladder infection because many of the symptoms are similar.

I really don’t think a bladder infection would give you a positive result…but I had a bladder infection when I was newly pregnant…So it sounds like you are pregnant and you have a bladder infection. Be careful about what antibiotics they put you on, some of them are too harsh to be taken when pregnant. Good luck.
