Why Does A Bladder Infection Cause Symptoms Like Diabetes?

I thought I had DIabetes however as it turned out I had a bladder infection. My glucose was 96 after they tested and checked me.

sure the UTI(urinary tract infection) especially Cystitis may cause so called Polyurea(frequency of micturition) and this only one symptom of DM and not all symptoms.
