When I was on the birth control pill I had bladder and yeast infections often. I’ve been off for 5 months (trying to conceive) and infection-free, but the past couple days I feel a bladder infection coming on. I’m going to the dr today, but was wondering if anyone has gotten a bladder infection at the very beginning of their pregnancy?
Before I was on the bc pill I don’t remember ever getting infections, but on the pill I was very prone to them. Thanks!
I thought I was pregnant once because of the symptoms of my UTI, but no.. it was just a UTI. I didn’t get pregnant for nearly a year afterwards. You’re probably just getting another infection.

Well since your TTC it could be from bacteria from your hubbys got on his penis that he’s inserting into you.. I’ve never heard of it being a sign, but that’s just me. I could be wrong

yer on my 10th week i got a bladder infection they are common in pregnancy, but bladder infections can come for many other reasons x

im going through the same thng but its been 6months for me… this happened to my cousin when she conceived but i dont know if its actually from conceiving or if its from something else but she assumed it was from getting pregnant. well anyways good luck to you and hope all goes well. ill keep my fingers crossed for you! i gotta wait before i can test so i cant really fully answer your question. hope i could be of some help.

Hi, everyones answers are very true, however, everybody is different. I get bladder infections at the beginning of every pregnancy. Does not mean it is a sign. I believe your body is just more susceptible to one. I actually almost know when im pregnant just because of infection.
But nothing like taking a test.
